Kennel Sponsorship
The sanctuary runs an appeal for local people to become sponsors of a dog kennel. The importance of the scheme is that all the money will go towards the costly upkeep of the 45 kennels in existence. In the past, a number of kennels have been badly damaged by storms, and growing public support means that such events are not as catastrophic as they might once have been.
We constantly have a 2 month waiting list, and aim to provide quality kennel care for all these animals. Even without unforseen events, the maintenance of so many kennels is a costly and arduous undertaking. We are also always aiming towards expansion, so that our long term animals may have the best possible quality of life.
In light of all these facts, any financial support is greatly appreciated. This is the purpose of our Sponsor a Kennel scheme. An annual donation is £100 will make a significant difference to the quality of life of animals in our care. In return for your generosity, you will receive a brass plaque dedicated to yourself, or in the memory of a loved pet which has passed on, to be mounted in the sanctuary reception.
