This year's motorcycle rideout will take place on Sunday the 13th of August. As usual, the bikes will convene in the main car park adjacent to Carrickfergus Castle, at 12:30pm. The route will start out by following the coast road to Larne, and from there over Shane's Hill to Ballymena, across to Randalstown, and finally back to the Sanctuary premises for a barbecue.

The ride will be fully marshalled, and riders with L-plates are welcome.

Entry fee is £5 per bike, and all proceeds go towards animals in our care.

  Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit independent registered charity, which receives no financial support from the government. We rely upon the kindness and generosity of the people of Northern Ireland.

  The sanctuary is run by a small staff, aided by dedicated team of volunteers, who are happy to pursue their love of animals in a positive and rewarding way.

  Our opening hours are 12 noon to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
